Service Description

Family yoga is for kids and adults to practice together. We will create a unique storyline to navigate our way through a practice which cultivates physical literacy, mind body connection, and control of our breath and moods. Creating deep connections and bonds through fun interactive play. This class is geared toward children of ages 5-11 and their adults, however all ages are welcome just let us know who is coming!
