Ashley K Price is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor and certified personal trainer. Offering a wide range of classes that appeal to all levels of practitioners from beginner to advanced,from youth to seniors. One on one personal training and group classes are designed to encourage overall wellness and physical fitness. They include power yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative, stand up paddle board yoga, mommy and me, post natal fit, chair yoga, HIIT, dance, assisted stretch therapy, strength and conditioning, agility training, aquatic training, and energy healing work. With a goal of making fitness fun while creating healthy habits and breaking down personal barriers.
